When you arrive at Locanda, you’ll be warmly welcomed by Chef Falee, the young female executive chef who will simply amaze you! She has a background of working in many hotels throughout Thailand and overseas in Austraria, Malaysia, & Singapore. On several occasions she has traveled overseas with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in order to assist in the Thai Food Festival in various 5-star hotels.

Chef Falee has a deep love for cooking, which adds to her culinary talents .You will have a fantastic time while enjoying excellent steaks & wine, delicious Thai Cuisine, or something from Chef Falee's Special Menu. For larger groups or parties, Chef Falee can prepare food to special order.
